Heading West? Also Original Furniture Reinstall

Today we’re getting ready to head west in our full-time RV and putting our Grand Design Momentum back to (almost) factory layout! In this vlog we juggle remote work, laundry day, cold-weather RV prep, and reinstalling the original dinette and L-shaped couch before we roll out of California with the dogs and cats in tow.

We walk through how we’re planning a slower travel schedule (2–3 hours on weekdays, 6–7 hours on weekends) using RV Life (discount code in description), talk about our concerns finding sites for a 46' fifth wheel, and show some behind-the-scenes RV maintenance: tank hookups, propane and furnace quirks, heat pump use, and protecting water lines in freezing temps. Spoiler: we decide not to rush out and push departure to Saturday so we can leave feeling prepared instead of stressed.
